Jose Fuentes is the founder and managing attorney of the Fuentes Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Fuentes attended and graduated with honors, magna cum laude, from Florida International University where he double majored and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations. Having developed a passion for the law and helping others, he decided to attend the Florida International University College of Law. During law school he completed an internship in a personal injury firm where he helped victims of accidents. Mr. Fuentes received several awards including the City, County & Local Government Law Section of the Florida Bar Outstanding Local Government Law School Student Award and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Bankruptcy. Mr. Fuentes is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. As a practicing attorney, he seeks to help those individuals who fall victim to the negligence of others. For years he has fought to obtain the maximum results for all his clients and has been able to recover millions in compensation. Mr. Fuentes also assists those individuals who are in debt and have fallen behind on credit card payments.
